Participants work through their own businesses using a guided workbook and leave with one clear priority and four weeks of practical action.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS WILL EXPLORE

During this facilitated one-hour workshop, participants will:

1. Review where their business has been and where it stands today
2. Consider the main areas on which the business currently depends
3. Separate fixed and variable business costs
4. Examine how sales and revenue are generated
5. Consider whether revenue is recurring, predictable, seasonal or irregular
6. Identify operational or financial barriers affecting progress
7. Select one priority with the strongest potential flow-on effect
8. Form practical action points for the following four weeks

For an in-person workshop, the host generally provides the venue and brings the participating group together.

$399 including GST

The fee covers one facilitated workshop for the agreed group.

OPTIONAL NEXT STEP FOR PARTICIPANTS

Participants who would like individual support can enquire separately about working one-to-one with Vanessa.

This may involve a Business Clinic or a deeper advisory engagement, depending on the participant’s circumstances and the level of analysis required.

There is no obligation for workshop participants to purchase further services.
